Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@karlmackie.com with photographs of the issue.

Due to the nature of limited edition artwork and made-to-order prints, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
